To the many Esteemed Readers of the Fix America blog that have been following the issues of land grabs here in the west, you are aware of the assassination of Robert LaVoy Finicum and the arrests made in Nevada and Oregon of the peaceful protesters who occupied the site called the Malheur Wildlife Refuge last year and the supporters of the Bundy Ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada in 2014.
Nevada’s US Senator Harry Reid called them all ‘domestic terrorists’ and while that label may be considered political rhetoric, it was enough to charge and hold many peaceful protesters under terrorism acts, without bail or an opportunity for pretrial release. None of these political prisoners used any force or intimidation against anyone. All the use of force was by the BLM and their agents in Bunkerville, and by the FBI, Oregon State Police, and hired thugs working with the government. The only firearms ‘brandished’ were those or law enforcement agents and officers and not by the peaceful protesters in Bunkerville or Harney County.
Two vehicles carrying the protesters to a meeting in John Day, Grant County, Oregon on January 26, 2016 were accosted on Highway 395 where the occupants of the vehicle driven by federal informant Mark McConnell were arrested, and the vehicle driven by the late Robert LaVoy Finicum was shot at during a drive to a kill zone road block, setup by the FBI and Oregon State Police, where he was summarily executed.
One year and two days from that fateful day, the ‘Meeting That Never Happened’ did happen! The speakers at the meeting this past Saturday, spoke of freedom, rights, and the constitutional limits of the federal government, the rights of the States, and the duty of the County Sheriff. Based on the responses from the 700+ attendees, there were quite a few who had no prior knowledge of what their rights were as individuals or of the rights of the States.
The links provided in this post are the videos of some of those speakers, and it is offered to educate and inform fellow Americans of their rights. It is my sincere wish that all Americans have the courage to take a stand, to raise their voices above the rhetoric and spin, and refuse to comply with unlawful codes, mandates, regulations, and statutes, all of which are beyond the constitutional limits placed on government at every level.
God created humans, and humans created government. The government(s) which we created are no more our masters than we can be masters of our Creator. States created the system of federal services, therefore the federal system cannot be superior to the States which created it. It really is that simple.
If you don’t know what powers are inherent to all individuals, how can you possibly defend them?
